No Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or product exchanges once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

  • Please review your sizing, stone selections, and delivery details carefully at checkout to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our craftsmanship. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a transit or handling error, we will gladly make it right.

  • Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Notify us via email within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the affected piece at no additional cost to you.
